Arthritis

December 11, 20202 min read

There are four key types of arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, primary osteoarthritis, secondary osteoarthritis and gout.

Causes

The main culprits for this condition are wear and tear, animal-based diets, severe dehydration, chronic vitamin D deficiency and unbalanced gut flora. Animal-based diets can be to blame because of the heavy metals, toxins, hormones, fats and cholesterol that they contain. Other factors include hormone imbalance, malnutrition and a lack of iodine. Rheumatoid arthritis tends to begin after severe stress or illness. Secondary arthritis is triggered by a specific incident such as an accident or surgery. Gout is caused by the crystallisation of uric acid in the joints as a result of a diet full of high-purine foods such as meat and gravy.

Symptoms

Those with this condition may suffer from stiffness, pain when moving, joint inflammation, bone spurs, deformities and loss of mobility. There is sometimes also an abnormal warm feeling in the affected joints. Those who are more seriously affected may not be able to work or carry out other everyday tasks.

Other therapies

Anti-inflammatory medication is often prescribed in order to ease pain and inflammation in the affected joints and slow the progression of the condition. It is important to drink plenty of water and have a balanced diet incorporating lots of vegetables and not too many rich, fatty foods. Getting a reasonable amount of sleep will encourage the body to produce more melatonin and stress management techniques can help.

Experiences and case studies

One male patient had arthritis in multiple joints, causing them pain and swelling. Despite Kenacort injections, the condition deteriorated to the point where the man was completely unable to work. After 9 bioresonance therapy sessions, the patient was only 50% unable to work. A total of 16 therapy sessions allowed the patient to take anti-inflammatory medication without side effects and to be entirely symptom free. Rather than having to register for disability allowance they were able to return to working full time as a joiner.
