Practical Study: Two Diagnostic Approaches (BBC and Dark-Field Microscopy) for Inflammatory Diseases —Treatment and Follow-up Treatment
Practical Study: Two Diagnostic Approaches (BBC and Dark-Field Microscopy) for Inflammatory Diseases —Treatment and Follow-up Treatment
Irene Kolbe, naturopath and Andrea Knopp, naturopath, Germany
WE met for the first time at last year's REGUMED CONGRESS in Furstenfeldbruck. After our presentations, we quickly came up with the idea that we both wanted to work together on confirming/proving this method.
And so we would like to welcome you to our project, in which we prove that the bioresonance method can be demonstrated in its effect with both dark-field microscopy and the BBC!
So we drove home with the idea in our heads and the associated question: "What field test can we start to make this comprehensible, visible and subsequently confirmed?"
In the weeks that followed, we put together a plan for a project weekend. What can and do we want to present, which patients can we recruit from Ms. Knopp's practice to kick things off in Much? How can we achieve comparability and how should the project series proceed?
Presentation of the project and project requirements
We would like to introduce you to three patients as examples and explain our different test methods in more detail, as well as the treatment and aftercare or follow-up. Let's see if we can come to a common conclusion.
We proceeded in the same way for each test patient:
The patient should come to the practice on an empty stomach, but should have drunk plenty of water beforehand. It is important that no high-protein food was consumed the day before, as this could affect the results of the dark-field microscopy.
Blood was taken from him in advance, Ms. Kolbe tested the blood using dark-field microscopy. Ms. Knopp then took measurements with the BBC and chose a detailed scan, explicitly with an additional focus on the blood cells, liver and ATP.
We chose the following programs as therapy on the bioresonance device: 10197 Oxygen absorbtion, improve
3136Intracellular stress
2211Intracellular pathogens — a self-written program by Dr. Rauch, in which we used the
blood of the patients and not the respective pathogens

Vit C and K for bleeding gums

A) First patient
Ms. V. G. 61 years old, suffers from chronic fatigue, sleep disorders, general exhaustion and recurring upper respiratory tract infections. In 2022, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and had her left breast removed. Conventional chemotherapy was not carried out. She receives regular treatment from Ms. Knopp and visits the practice every four weeks. She also receives vitamin B17 infusions twice a year.
The following pictures were taken after the first evaluation of the BBC:
The entropy points clearly show that both the cell membrane and the mitochondria are in a state of energetic weakness, which indicates an increased need for treatment.
Fasting fresh blood directly after collection:
Figure 1: Signs of deformation of the erythrocytes indicating liver stress (so-called bear paw shape), intracellular stress (pathogen infestation) indicating reduced ATP metabolism.
More active than inactive granulocyte, regulatory weakness of the defense or not possible phagocytosis of the pathogen load.
Fasting fresh blood after 48 hours:
Increase in regulatory capacity in the form of so-called "cogwheel erythrocytes" and even more serious the so-called "datura erythrocytes", lack of fluidity visible in platelet aggregations with filit formation.
Start of bioresonance therapy with the following programs
10197 Oxygen absorbtion, improve
3136 Intracellular stress
2211 Intracellular pathogens — a self-written program by Dr. Rauch, in which we used the
blood of the patients and not the respective pathogens
Immediately afterwards, Ms. Kolbe performed another measurement using dark-field microscopy with the patient still fasting as a fresh blood preparation:
Improvement of the intracellular load, regeneration of the erythrocytes with an increase in symprotites (plasma proteins from the CFT (complement-binding reaction)), non-specific humoral defense proteins.
Active monocyte as mediator for the specific defense. Last remnants of the intercellular stress, but an improvement in the ability to compensate.
The measurement with the BBC was repeated the following day, with the following results.
Cell membrane

The cell membrane is a biological membrane that separates the cell from its environment. It regulates the exchange of substances between the cell and its environment and thus ensures that cell functions are maintained.
The comparative image shows that the body shows a 32% improvement in compensation after treatment with the three bioresonance programs. This indicates that the regulatory capacity of the cell membranes was significantly increased and a pronounced responsiveness to therapeutic stimuli is recognizable.
Mitochondria

Mitochondria are cell organelles that act as the "power plants" of the cell, as they enable ATP synthesis through oxidative phosphorylation. They are crucial for metabolism, energy supply and a variety of essential cellular processes.
The mitochondria also show an improvement of 15 %, which indicates increased cellular energy production and improved functionality.
Liver

Remarkable in this picture is the observed improvement in the energetic situation of the liver by 34%, although no specific therapy program was selected for this organ. This indicates a systemic effect of the bioresonance programs used, which also had a positive influence on liver functions.
B) Second patient
Ms. B., 38 years old, has been suffering from the after-effects of Long-Covid and Post-Long Vac since 2021. In 2022, she also contracted an EBV infection, which she believes contributed significantly to the development of her fatigue symptoms. She describes herself as lacking energy and strength, suffers from difficulty finding words and feels torn from her normal life by the lack of vitality. In the same year, she suffered a thrombosis caused by a dog bite. In the summer of 2023, she also contracted herpes zoster. Before these health challenges, Ms. B. was a very sporty, professionally committed woman who was in the middle of life.

Input information of the following scan images
All images clearly show a pronounced loss of energy. The entropy points show an accumulation of measured values in the 6, 5 and 4 scale range, which indicates blockages in the system and decompensated functioning. These findings indicate a catabolic metabolic process.
Fasting fresh blood immediately after collection
Anisocytosis as a sign of erythrocyte energy loss and cell membrane instability, lack of plasma protein response, intercellular stress indicating viral load. Also visible in Figure 2
Load of monocytes that are difficult to recognize, as these are contaminated, usually an indication of viral load in the form of EBV or corona disease or post-vaccines.
Intracellular load, lemon-shaped erythrocytes as an indication of insufficient liver detoxification. "Bear paw erythrocytes" as a result of mitochondropathy. Working granulocytes, but loaded monocytes and loaded lymphocytes — indication of low resilience of the specific defense.
Fasting fresh blood after 48 hours
Sclerosis of the humoral defense, blood shadows due to lack of intracellular 02 saturation with early "datura" erythrocytes.
Application of the previously defined bioresonance program
10197 Oxygen absorbtion, improve
3136 Intracellular stress
2211 Intracellular pathogens — a self-written program by Dr. Rauch,
in which we used the patient's blood and not the respective pathogens.
Another blood sample for dark-field microscopy from the still fasting patient.
(Image deliberately superimposed!)
Appearance of many symprotites (plasma proteins), blockade-breaking as a regulatory mechanism, with simultaneous anisocytosis and decay of contaminated erythrocytes
improvement of the intracellular load with release to the extracellular, so that the nonspecific and specific defense can now start here. However, no result that shows how quickly the improvement progresses after treatment. Low resilience capacity. Closer monitoring and follow-up treatment will be necessary here in order to improve the compensatory response.
After completing the bioresonance programs, the following picture emerged the next day:
Stem cell

The energetic function of the stem cells showed an improvement of 11%. In the second image, the curves show that the structure (blue) and function (red) are increasingly converging. Nevertheless, this result is not yet conclusive, which is why the treatment should definitely be continued.
Stem cells are undifferentiated cells that are capable of transforming into various specialized cell types, thereby supporting the repair and regeneration of tissues.
Erythroblast

Improving erythroblasts means stimulating their production, restoring their normal function in cell therapies in order to optimize their development.
In this case, it can be seen that the BICOM optima program 10197 improved the erythroblasts by 43%. For our test patient, this means an improvement in her performance.
Mitochondria
Mitochondria are cell organelles that are often referred to as the "power plants" of the cell, as they are responsible for energy production within the cell. They play a central role in metabolism and energy supply and are essential for numerous physiological processes.
Due to the patient's initially pronounced lack of energy, the measurement also shows therapeutic success here.

Aspergillus symplast (however, the type of Aspergillus cannot be named in the dark-field microscopy image, because the symplathism is a conglomerate of various blood components that cannot be degraded at this time). Ability to compensate within the blood. Should, however, be included in further treatment in particular.
Aspergillus fumigatus is a widespread mold that can occur both as an allergy trigger and as a causative agent of severe, invasive infections. Rapid diagnosis and treatment are crucial, especially in immunocompromised patients.
This section of the evaluation from the system groups clearly shows that there are indications of existing Aspergillus contamination both in the dark field and in the microorganisms measured here.
C) Patient 3
Mr. K., 52 years old, athletic and often outdoors. In the past, he has suffered from Lyme disease and allergic stress in his upper respiratory tract. This is due to his work outdoors (forests/fields), as the air is increasingly contaminated with molds and their spores as well as agricultural sprays.
For about a week and a half, the patient has reported that he feels neither completely healthy nor ill. He notices a significant loss of performance, especially during physical exertion, such as running uphill.
BBC measurement before program start with the BICOM:

Fasting fresh blood immediately after collection:
Anisocytosis with sclerosing proteins in the plasma. Anamnestic clarification of respiratory problems or allergy tendencies (this was confirmed in the medical history of Mr. K.).
A low intracellular load as a possible cause are toxins from past Borrelia diseases.
Mixed symplast — indication of Aspergillus contamination as well as Mucor contamination (issue of the respiratory system and connective tissue), also a mucosal dystonia and thus involvement of the intestine.

The cells of the connective tissue are crucial for structural integrity, physiological functions and reactions to injuries or inflammatory processes in the body. The cell composition varies depending on the type of connective tissue and its specific functions. Mast cells are an example of an essential cell type in connective tissue. These are ubiquitously localized in connective tissue, particularly in the dermis, the respiratory tract and the digestive organs. Mast cells play a central role in allergies and inflammatory reactions. They contain histamine and other vasoactive substances, which promote vasodilation as part of the immune response and increase the permeability of the vascular wall, which leads to an increased inflammatory reaction.
Erythrocyte

An erythrocyte (also known as a red blood cell) is a specialized blood cell that plays a central role in gas exchange by transporting oxygen from the lungs to the body's cells and carbon dioxide from the cells back to the lungs.
The aim of the therapy is to improve oxygen saturation in the blood in order to ensure adequate tissue oxygenation and to enable the patient to restore his mobility to the previous level.
Mast cell

Basophilic granulocyte

Mast cells are specialized cells of the immune system that are found in numerous tissues of the body, particularly in the skin, respiratory tract and digestive tract. They play a key role in allergic reactions and in the defense against pathogens. Mast cells are characterized by their ability to release inflammatory mediators such as histamine, heparin and various cytokines and release them as required, whereby they actively are involved in inflammatory processes and immune responses.
This shows the patient's allergic situation, which could be improved by 31% by applying the three bioresonance programs to the mast cells.
Another blood sample is taken for dark-field microscopy from the patient who is still fasting.
Basophilic granulocytes are a subgroup of white blood cells (leukocytes) and belong to the granulocytes, which play an important role in the immune system.
Basophilic granulocytes in pathology
Allergic diseases: An excess of basophilic granulocytes or excessive activation of these cells is often found in allergic diseases such as hay fever, asthma or food allergies.
This measurement result also shows that the granulocytes exhibit an increase in compensatory performance by 55%.
Special picture
Here is a picture after 96 hours. The marginal occupancy is completely normal during this time. The decisive factor here is the enormous increase in plasma proteins as a sign of regulatory capacity. The blood lived for a total of seven days until complete decomposition. A sign of good compensation. However, the issue of histamine-related problems should be considered further here. If we focus on the two diagnostic methods of dark field microscopy and measurement with the BBC, a clear common denominator can be identified.
A significant improvement was observed not only in the acute assessment, but also in the course of the genesis after treatment with the applied programs. The following bioresonance programs were used again for repetition:
10197: Oxygen absorbtion, improve
3136: Reduction of intracellular stress
2211: Intracellular pathogens — a self-written program by Dr. Rauch,
in which we used the patient's blood and not the respective pathogens. pathogens
Furthermore, Myco preparations can also be used for regulation, e.g. in the honeycomb:
Notakehl for bacterial contamination
Quentakehl for viral load
Fortakehl for skin and mucous membrane dystonia
Nigersan for Aspergillus contamination
Also phytotherapeutics for the liver, kidneys, skin and mucous membranes
Conclusion
In our opinion, this series of tests is a milestone, as the results clearly show how potent the bioresonance method was and is in our three test patients. In the future, specific programs should be selected depending on the improvement. It is not only the choice of programs that is decisive, but also a reproducible diagnosis (we chose the route via the BBC and dark field diagnostics). Treatment and the choice of programs should be reproducible and therefore efficient.
Thank you very much for your attention and patience in giving our project a chance to be understood in diagnosis and therapy.
We know one thing — it took a lot of effort to get this up and running, but we had just as much fun working together.
