What Influence Does the Attention of the Patient and the Therapist Have on an Optimal Therapy Result?

011e Svensson, bioresonance therapist, Germany

Why is attention important?

The attention comes from your self. You can pay attention to anything, but not your self. With attention, you give energy to what you pay attention to. In other words, everything, you pay attention to receives energy.

Attention!!!

Let's take a brief look at attention, what it is and where it comes from. In mind of what was written above, quoted from ancient writings. Attention from my point of view is the most important tool that you always have with you and thus always have the opportunity to use. You always look through your eyes. But you may have your attention through your eyes, in or through your thoughts, in or through your emotional life or higher up if you have the possibility. In simple terms, this means that the attention comes from your self, which is often called the silent observer. More about your self does not belong to this lecture but it is important for you to know.

With attention on something, you give it energy and the attention does not distinguish between whether what you pay your attention to is "good" or "bad". What you have your attention on always gets energy. You use this in affirmations, as an example, through what you write down, via speech, thought or feeling. You think something positive and maybe also say it as an affirmation, mantra, prayer or whatever you want to call what you say.

Then the same process takes place that explains BICOM and its function.

The information (via patients own information or ampoules in the input of the BICOM) is the meaning or idea you have when you are paying attention to something. The word becomes the energy with the intention that matter will change in relation to the information. Feel free to try it for yourself and see how life changes and how you experience life through an exercise over two days. By paying attention to all the terrible things that happen to you, in your family, at work, in the country you live in and in the world during the first day. Feel free to write down how you feel in the evening and in the morning after if you have slept well during the night, or not. Then you start the second day by saying "today is the first day of the rest of my amazing life". Continue this day by just putting your attention on everything positive and nice that is happening to you, in the family, at work, in the country you live in and in the world. Then sit down and write down how you experienced this day in the evening and in the morning the next day you write down how the night was. Then you get a chance to objectively

see how attention can be used. You can objectively and consciously decide how you want your life to be in relation to what you have written down.

A tip for yourself is this, as a wise man said: "The decisions you make today come from yesterday's experience and create your tomorrow."

Therapist attention during test / treatment

The therapist's way of using his or her attention is of great importance for both test and treatment. Especially when you are working on an idea of energy medicine and BICOM is energy medicine. It is an ingenious treatment method that uses the ether for its treatment. Using the ether for treatment is ingenious because it is the medium that transmits all communication from the outside world to both you and the patient. At the same time, all communication in the body also takes place via the ether to the chakras, the glands, nerval system and blood (the communication system). In a personal conversation with Professor Amit Goswami about BICOM, he compared the BICOM device to a pair of large goggles that help to focus and pay attention.

Stop here for a moment before you read further and pay attention to what it really means. In relation to what is written above about attention.

The therapist's attention on the "right place" is most important during tests and at the start of a treatment. This is especially important when you do treatment via the blood. Therefore, always stop before testing ampoules, program or settings and before starting treatment to pay attention to the patient. This can be done before the start of a treatment over the phone or over the ether without the phone when you are doing remote treatment via blood. This means that you stop, put your attention on the patient. Try to not complicate, just place your

attention on the patient. It is important that you have control over your thoughts and feelings so that there is silence in your personality and your attention can be directed directly to the patient. If you don't have control over your own personality, I recommend that you practice this. Without control and stillness, your thoughts and feelings will interfere with your attention and color all outcomes. With control in your personality, you have the opportunity to contact the patient via the ether and pay attention to the result you want to achieve before the treatment starts.

It takes practice to be able to stop the personality, which means control of thoughts and feelings. If you are not used to this but are used to a constant thinking or "feeling", you need to be careful and thorough, for a while. This takes time in the beginning, but gradually it becomes completely natural that you do not want to have lots of thoughts when you test or when you start a treatment. You want to be quiet that you can place your attention on the result you want with the treatment and when testing, that you collect information about all strain the patient has or what has to be in the treatment today.

A hint for your daily life is that if you have a "well trained" personality, you can do everything you want to do in peace and silence without being disturbed from within.

An easy way to get to the point that you are paying attention without that the attention is being colored by the thoughts or feelings that exist in your own personality, is to pay

attention to the room. The physical space that is around you is always in the present time, thoughts and feelings have not much to do with present time. The life of thought and the

emotional life in this context is always based on a stimulus (someone presses the button) that starts the thought or feeling and you always get the same response. This happens in a constant flow if you don't stop the thoughts and feelings. In this way, you can have the opportunity to "look out" yourself.

Below is the first exercise you can do. Here's how:

  • Look at and pay attention to the wall to your left.

  • Look at and pay attention to the wall behind you.

  • Look at and pay attention to the wall to your right.

  • Look at and pay attention to the wall in front of you.

  • Look at and pay attention to the ceiling above you.

  • Look at and pay attention to the floor below you.

  • Say quietly: I am fully conscious in this physical space.

Now you notice how quiet it became. No unwanted thoughts, no unwanted feelings. It is only you who can pay attention and that is what you want to reach with this exercise. From this state, you can, for example, start testing your patient and pay attention to what the tensor (or any other test method) is doing in front of you. Then there is no need for questions, no preconceived notions. Just a curiosity and the tensor will show you the result of the test.

Of course, you can't do this whole exercise by looking at walls etc every time you do a test with your tensor or are going to start a treatment. It takes too long. You should practice this so that it becomes natural to pay attention to the room. Every time you enter a room and thus come to the present, thus avoid thoughts and feelings that should not be included in your tests and treatments. When you start practicing, you can use your eyes to follow along and pay attention to slowly but surely be able to "just pay attention to the room" so that it becomes quiet and calm in the personality. Gradually, it becomes a way of living instead of always having thoughts that spin or feelings with fears or other things that you do not control yourself.

A hint is, if you know what persons who work with mindfulness (a way for control of the thoughts) say about the average person. "It's only 9 minutes a day in average, that a normal person doesn't have thoughts that grab their attention." For me, it's a waste of time not to be awake and aware of what's happening here and now in life around me. That is one reason why I am training how to use my attention.

Therapist attention associated with tests

Now that you have this "zero position" to start from, you should be careful that you know what you are testing. I.e. do you test to know everything that stresses the person, or do you test what should be in the treatment today? You can advantageously let the patient help by paying attention to their problem during the test. He can do this by talking about it or, if possible, as a better alternative, just pay attention to it, if the patient has the possibility to do this. Then you will find the strains and solution more easily because your patient pays attention to the part of the personality that has the problem. You, on the other hand, should

always only pay attention to the purpose of the test, i.e. all information about loads and stress to make a treatment plan, or what is to be in the treatment today. You do this briefly and then you draw attention to the room and let your tensor or the test method you use show you the result.

No feelings or thoughts, just a curiosity like a child, on what the tensor shows. You then add
the result together with other information you have collected via questions, anamnesis, etc.

A simple exercise to do in conjunction with tests to see how your attention can be used:

  • Sit down with a patient on the treatment bench by your side.

  • Prepare one or more test kits to be tested.

  • Start your BICOM normally for testing.

  • Notice that you want to know everything that is stress for your patient in these test kits.

  • Pay attention to the room.

  • Start the test and pay attention only to the tensor with curiosity, what it shows.

  • Note the results

  • Use the same test kits but change the purpose to show what is to be in the treatment today.

  • Pay attention to the room

  • Start the test and just pay attention to the tensor curiously and what it shows. Was there a difference in the test?

The most important thing is that you decide the purpose. Then you pay attention to the room again to "turn off and reset" to get to the present time and that you yourself, pay attention without thoughts or feelings that color or affect your test. What you have to remember is: Staying awake and paying attention is a commodity that you need to practice in order to keep an easy access to. Feel free to practice in your everyday life so that you get to experience life for more than 9 minutes a day and the reward comes both in your everyday life and for your patients.

Therapist attention at the start of treatment

At the start of a treatment, when choosing a program and when setting any time and amplification, the therapist's attention should be placed at what is best for the patient today. In line with the goal that has previously been set for the treatment in relation to symptoms, diagnosis, anamnesis, etc. Then the treatment will be more powerful and the results will be better.

If you as a therapist are still sitting in the room, you should have your attention on the treatment and what your BICOM is working on right now. If you leave the room, you pay attention before you go out that everything is optimal for the patient. You do not start with other thoughts before you have left the room.

Patient's attention during test / treatment

With their attention, the patient can reinforce the treatment and improve the outcome. This is sometimes called a placebo effect and that's perfectly fine for me. For me, placebo is a positive effect on a disease or symptom and one of the few treatment methods that you can not have side effects from, and that is probably what we want to achieve for our patients. An improved state of health without the possibility of side effects.

You may or may not have thought of it yourself before. But when the patient pays attention

to a better diet and changes the diet, the treatment result improves. This help that the patient provides by using their attention can be used in conjunction with each treatment. It is important that the function or organ being treated is highlighted with a picture or idea of the result. Not the way to the result, but on the finished result. For example, the liver is treated with program 430, the patient notices that the liver cleanses itself and the blood of toxins. Or in program 3066 that the lymphatic system moves and transports waste products or creates healing. Alternatively, that the energy flows in an area where a blockage exists (existed), healing takes place and reconstruction takes place, then attention is paid to what it looks like when the function, area or organ is in full normal function. The bladder meridian is flowed with program 390, then the patient pays attention to how the energy flows from start point to endpoint and creates the effect you want with the treatment. Often it is easier for a patient who is untrained to use his or her attention to imagine the process and then stop and continue to pay attention to the result.

What is then important to inform the patient is that he is following up the treatment by changing his lifestyle. As in the simplest cases, what we have mentioned before means that the patient changes his diet in relation to what is burdening, what blood group and symptoms etc. This means that the patient himself, in the simpler cases, can decide with his attention whether he wants to be healthy or not. If there are more complex problems that have existed for a long time, a different lifestyle change is needed. Maybe bigger, maybe not, depending on the anamnesis, symptoms, behaviours, relationships, etc. All patients are unique and thus need unique help (coaching) to put their attention in the right place and function.

If you look at this view a little more broadly, you will see that a lifestyle change is to draw attention to something positive in order to take attention away from something that is harming. Your patients give energy through their actions and with their attention, which in the long run creates the state of health. A simple example of this is a patient who has thyroid problems and exhausted adrenal glands from prolonged periods of stress. Then you need to teach the patient how to remove or reduce stress, for example by consciously breathing and then paying attention to the space around him. It always calms down stress, you can try that yourself because you always have these two tools, breathing and a room around you, wherever you go. This means that attention ends up in the present time. Not in thoughts or feelings and in the present time there is no stress.

Through this way of "getting through life", it is given the opportunity for what are called conscious decisions. If the decision is conscious, the patient decides for himself over his thoughts, which creates an action, which becomes a personality that will create the patient's destiny (brief statement by several famous great thinkers such as Gandhi, Emersson, etc).

Examples of how to use attention in conjunction with BICOM bioresonance therapy after the program has been tested as appropriate for the patient.

Remove energetic block programs such as 3133, 133, 915, 918, and more. Ask the patient to pay attention to the place on the body that is blocked. Feel free to put an applicator on the site. Then let the patient pay attention to how the blockage dissolves and energy moves naturally through the area. If possible, allow the patient to breathe deeply and each exhalation is made through the blocked area and let go from all thoughts that appear.

Stomach and intestine

In program 3116, ask the patient to pay attention to how the bowel begins and continues to move.

In programs 561 and 562, ask the patient to pay attention to how the intestinal flora improves to a perfect balance and function.

In program 3013, you ask the patient to pay attention to how the bacteria, fungi and parasites that are in the intestine that do not belong there or that are in abundance, are taken care of by the good bacterial flora and the function returns to balance.

Point out for the patient what is the perfect harmony and balance and this is where he places his attention.

With program 3137 stress reduction, the patient pays attention to how everything calms down and becomes relaxed. Do not be surprised if the patient falls asleep.

With programs for the spleen, both existing in BICOM 535, 429 and the newer programs that Dr. Sabine Rauch has written, you ask the patient to pay attention to how the blood flows through the spleen and the blood is informed with information that helps the immune system and creates balance. Alternatively, if you have an open-minded patient, you can ask him to pay attention to how universal energy flows in through the spleen to help the whole body and personality.

With programs for the nerves such as 3433, or the same can also be done in treatment with nerve ampoules from CTT pharmacology & neurology. Ask the patient to pay attention to how the nerve pathways flow with information to the organ or function that you want to have a positive impact for with the treatment.

Program 572 for the left hemisphere of the brain: In this case, ask the patient to pay
attention to their language or logical thinking (in relation to symptoms being treated)

Program 571 for the right hemisphere of the brain: Ask the patient to pay attention to their artistic side and spatial perception (in relation to symptoms being treated).

When flooding meridians: Ask the patient to pay attention to how energy flows in the meridian and creates the effect you want in relation to the meridian/organ/function/symptoms

Programs that create detoxification e.g. 970, 3036: Ask the patient to pay attention to how toxins are transported from the body, e.g. from the bloodstream to the liver via the intestine, out of the body and the relief to get rid of the toxins. You can do this specifically in relation to what is burdening the patient or in general.

Treatment of the kidneys with e.g. programs 480, 481, 3078, 3079: Ask the patient to pay attention to how the kidneys work and clean out through the urine. Alternatively, if you have an open-minded patient, the patient pays attention to how the life energy spreads throughout the body from the kidneys.

The list of examples could be filled but I am sure you have got ideas on how to use this in your clinic in the best way for you and your patients. Good luck!!!

Summary

Together with your self there is an energy system that becomes more and more compact or visible to the eye (from information to physical matter). These energies are transported through the ether via thoughts and emotions to our chakra system. Meridians/Nadis transport the energy together with the information to the glands, via the nerval system and bloodstream all the way to the organs. We will better and better understand this system and use it in medicine and treatment.

Today we know that BICOM is doing treatments in the ether and affects selected parts and thus the whole person. But without lifestyle change that involves controlling attention and using common sense, we will never achieve lasting results in our thoughts or emotional life.

As a reminder, all life is made from information (consciousness) — energy — matter. Thus the bottom line is that if you think "illness" then the attention is put on "illness" and the energy will transport the information "illness" from the thoughts, which the emotional life magnifies and the matter (physical body) will become "sick" or show symptoms of illness.

Please don't fall into the trap that you can heal everything, or that an ampoule will solve the problem. Most important is, always remember the patient as a human being and the opportunity that you and the patient have as human beings to use attention together and create miracles.

If you, me and all our patients use this daily, we will quickly have a new pandemic and this time with healthy people.

Best regards for a lovely day, 011e Svensson

Weight Loss and Weight Gain through Physical, Mental and Emotional Levels

Ljudmila Vukosavijevi4, MD, Dubai, UAE

An increasing number of people have problems with kilograms, in terms of losing or gaining weight. There are many reasons for this, such as improper diet, stress, certain diseases, hormonal imbalance, drugs, physical inactivity, age, genetic predisposition...Many years of experience in working with patients lead me more and more towards the emotional impact on the overall state of health.

Although I believe that 80 to 90 % of all diseases are caused by an emotional imbalance, I cannot ignore the fact that we are spiritual beings in a physical body and that with every disease, the condition should be viewed holistically, through all levels.

WOOD — Stress

FIRE — Insomnia, hormonal imbalance EARTH — Digestion

METAL — Immune system

WATER - Ageing

According to the principles of TCM:

Yang: left side, back of body, up, Fu organs (hollow organs), acupuncture meridians — LI large intestine, ST stomach, TW triple warmer, GB gall bladder, BL urinary bladder, SI small intestine

Yin: right side, Zang organs (solid organs), acupuncture meridians — LU lung, SP spleen pancreas, PC pericardium, HT heart, LR liver, Ki kidneys
